2020 Toyota Camry AWD pricing details revealed
The automobile industry in the United States follows a norm where the pricing is not revealed until the time of the launch. This has been the case with the 2020 Toyota Camry AWD too. The sedan made its public debut in November last year and is slated to be launched this spring.
Toyota Camry AWD price starts from $26,370 for the base variant and goes up to $28,270 for the range-topping Nightshade trim. The SE, XLE and XSE are priced at $27,570, $30,855 and $31,405 respectively. The prices for the front-wheel-drive starts from $24,970 and goes up to $26,870.
The 2020 Camry carries the model’s legacy of sculpted body and stylish body panels. The front profile holds projector headlamps with LED DRLs. The blacked-out A- and B-pillars adds a floating-roof design. It rides on dual-tone alloy wheels.
Mechanically, the new Toyota Camry is driven by a 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder engine that produces a maximum power of 205 hp, along with a peak torque of 251 Nm. The AWD model would not get the powerful V6 engine that makes over 300 hp of power, though it could have made the sedan a more potent option.
However, the low demand, higher price and 4-cylinder-AWD combination might have triggered the automaker to consider the smaller engine. The 3.5-liter, V6 engine makes 301 hp of power and 362 Nm of peak torque.
The AWD Toyota Camry is set to go on sale by this spring. Get ready if you want to get hold of one.
