We were in the market for a new compact SUV and the new Toyota RAV4 really caught our fancy. The new looks are a big plus. There is enough space inside for our family of four. The engine feels sufficient for our everyday use. The mileage we have been getting is also very great. The RAV4 is also very well equipped with all the modern tech you would expect in today’s car. Apple CarPlay is standard and gets a lot of use in our family. The ride is also pretty stable for an SUV. It does not sway too much, and the ride remains stable without becoming uncomfortable. The safety equipment is very comprehensive. Overall a decent SUV. No real complaints to be made. The transmission could be a little more silent. As could the engine. Haven’t driven it long enough for reliability issues to pop up. Hopefully the Toyota brand name will live up to its reputation.
