The 2019 Mustang Ecoboost Fastback comes with a modern design along with some quality equipment. The front is all about the LED headlights along with DRLs and front park turn lamps with LED technology. The car rides on 17-inch alloy wheels having alluring silver paint finish.
Inside the cabin, there is a 12.4-inch digital instrument cluster accompanied by a SYNC infotainment system having an 8-inch screen. The price range starts from $26,395 for the Ecoboost fastback and goes up to $67,135 for Shelby GT 350R (both prices are MSRP).
The 2019 Mustang Ecoboost Fastback flaunts a stunning sporty, modern design and simply looks stunning. The design is a successful throwback to the past, however, modernity has not been compromised anywhere. The front features LED Headlights with LED signature lighting and DRLs and LED front park turn lamps. The rearview mirrors are body-color, with integrated blind spot mirrors. the rear features LED sequential taillights, dual bright exhaust with rolled polished tips and hood vents. The 17-inch sparkle silver painted aluminium wheels also go well with the overall design of the pony car. The Ecoboost Fastback is offered in ten paint schemes - Ingot Siver Metallic, Oxford White, Orange Fury Metallic Tri-coat, Race Red, Kona Blue Metallic, Velocity Blue Metallic, Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat, Need for Green, Magnetic Metallic and Shadow Black. The interior skillfully blends modern with retro, resulting in an elegant cabin that showcases a combination of technology with a bit of nostalgia. SYNC infotainment (with a large 8.0-inch screen and six-speaker sound system) and a 12.4-inch digital instrument cluster are the highlights. It features leather-wrapped steering wheel with cruise and audio controls, tilt/telescoping steering column, comfortable leather finished seats, intelligent access with push-button start and a rearview camera. The Ecoboost Fastback is powered by a 2,261cc, four-cylinder, DOHC, 16-valves, 2.3-litres Ecoboost engine that churns out a max power of 310hp at 5,500 and a peak torque of 350lb-ft at 3,000rpm. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual gearbox. The engine features turbocharging, direct injection and twin independent variable cam-timing (Ti-VCT). Ford claims that it returns a combined mileage of 25mpg. The handling is strong enough to provide a thrilling ride, yet smooth enough for a relaxing road trip. Suspension duties are performed by double-ball-joint MacPherson strut with stabilizer bar at the front and integral-link independent with coil springs and stabilizer bar at the rear. It comes fitted with power 4-wheel discs with ABS and traction control to provide retardation. Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and Selectable-Effort Electric Power Assisted (EPAS) facilitate a stable ride experience. Although pony cars aren't typically praised for their safety, the Mustang is one of the best in this category, earning better crash test ratings than its closest competitors. Most notable safety features on the Ecoboost Fastback include AdvanceTrac, Belt-Minder, driver's knee airbag, dual front airbags, Safety Canopy side-curtain airbags, Personal Safety System and SecuriLock passive anti-theft system.
