Lego unleashes a Nissan GT-R Nismo set

Lego sets based on supercars are all the rage these days, aren't they? We have already seen a hell lot of different Lego sets such as the Land Rover Defender,  Bugatti Chiron Technic, McLaren Senna, Dodge Demon, and many others. Following the suite, Nissan has together with Lego to come up with a Lego set based on the GT-R Nismo.

Just like the McLaren Senna, Dodge Demon, Ferrari F40, Mini Cooper, many others, the Nissan GT-R Nismo Lego set is also a part of the Speed Champions set. According to the folks at Nissan & Lego, the GT-R Nismo set has been designed "capture the authentic and intricate details of the life-size race car." Moreover, the set includes a total of 298 pieces.

Some of the elements from the 298 pieces include Nissan's V-Motion grille, red front splitter, carbon-fibre-like alloy wheels, side skirts, rear wing, and the black-and-white Motul attire. All these elements certainly make the Lego set to look like the real thing, don't they? Powered by a  twin-turbocharged 3.8-litre V6 the pushes out 600 horses, the real-life Nissan GT-R Nismo costs somewhere around $ 212,000. There is no official pricing for the Nissan GT-R Nismo Lego set for now, though. But the set will be up for grabs by the beginning of 2020, that's for sure.
