A few days back, the all-new Porsche Taycan has been observed at Nürburgring race track and as being the first fully electric vehicle of the company, the Taycan set a new Nürburgring record for four-door electric vehicles. And just after the public debut of Taycan, Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced the visit of Model S on Nürburgring next week.
The following week is here and new spy photos of the vehicle are available all over the internet. In the spy photos, the all-new Tesla Model S can be seen along with a team. The car modifications implied from the photos include wider fender flares, aggressive wheels, performance tires, lip spoiler, and a larger lower front grille. Moreover, the rumors about making a record attempt next week at Nürburgring are also spread.
A time-slot of 30 minutes on Saturday, September 21 has also been opened mysteriously at the ring, which is likely to be for the Tesla Model S. The time-period of 30 minutes would be enough for the car to make a record and for this, the firm also has a very proficient race car driver, Nico Rosberg, who also have been shown his high-skilled motoring services to the California EV company.
In the matter of high risks and great wins, Tesla and Musk have already achieved many proclaim throughout the world. Though the Nürburgring race track will not be easy to crack, it is one of the longest, most tradition-steeped, challenging and busiest race tracks in the world that may exploit the mistakes and weaknesses of cars and drivers. The chances of making a record are high for Tesla in the coming days, but still, nothing is sure. So, how Tesla Model S performs at Nürburgring is next to be seen.
