Jeep Wrangler

If you had 11 years to develop a Wrangler, you would certainly hope the result had a better off-road ability, fuel efficiency, power, tech refinement and also lose a few kilos. It still remains true to its heritage with its seven-slot grille at the front, iconic round headlamps, full-size spare tire and “bolt-on”-look taillamps at the rear. But that does not mean that it looks similar to the previous car. If you take a closer look, you will find the improvements and upgrades that make the fresh Wrangler stand tall. It comes fitted with wheels and fenders that elevate every trim. Sahara gets sleek body color fenders as standard and rugged black fenders are standard on Rubicon and Sports models. It now allows the user to fold down the windshield for a better view of the trail. You can also open the roof with just a single touch of a button and will take approximately 20 minutes to fully open the roof. 

Moving inside, it features leather and heated seats, which can be manually adjusted according to the liking of the driver as well as the passenger. It flaunts a fully leather-wrapped steering wheel with aluminum accents and mounted audio controls along with cruise control. It comes equipped with an 8.4-inch intuitive touchscreen, which offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard. The user can even turn their Wrangler into an super fast 4G hotspot that covers up to a 50-foot radius and supports up to eight devices. Coming to the audio system, it gets Alpine Premium Audio System with nine speakers, a 552-watt 12-channel amplifier and a rear subwoofer. 

Under the hood is a turbocharged four cylinder engine paired to the eight-speed automatic transmission. Users get the option of the six-speed manual as well. This engine is capable of producing 270 hp of maximum power at 5200 rpm and 400 Nm of peak torque at 3000 rpm. The power is sent to the rear wheels and optional Jeep Rocktrac 4WD system. It can achieve a 0-60 mph sprint in 7 seconds and has a top speed 109 mph. With the fuel capacity of 21.6 gallons, you can expect the mpg to be 22 in the city and 24 on the highway. There are loads of safety features included in the car, which provides peace of mind to the driver as well as to the passengers.
