GMC Yukon rebate cuts the price by 12%

GMC has slashed the price of Yukon intending to maintain the sales numbers strong. A cut of 12% in the price results in the rebate of up to $10,000 depending upon the variant purchased. The discount seems significant to keep-up the aging model of the firm.

Though, the discount is exclusively offered to the current GM vehicle owners. A price-cut of 12% impacts the whole range of Yukon which comprises six variants. It includes:

  • Base trim Yukon SLE price starts from $50,895, now gets a discount of $6,107
  • Top of the spec Yukon Denali XL price starts from $70,795, now gets discount of $8,495

And, as the customers add the optional features, the price of Yukon may stand over $100,000. The model sets between the lower Chevrolet Suburban and the more luxurious Cadillac Escalade. As it offers various luxurious appointments available in Escalade and priced closer to Suburban.

GMC Yukon engine includes two v8 options- a 5.3-litre V8 engine mated with a six-speed automatic transmission that delivers 355 PS of power and 519 Nm of torque, available in SLT variant whereas Yukon Denali is powered by a 6.2-litre mated with a 10-speed automatic transmission produces 420 PS of power and 623 Nm of torque.
