Check out BMW M4 Coupe, Convertible rendered images

BMW took wrap off the cosmic grille design of its Concept 4 at the recent happened Frankfurt’s Motor Show and amazed everyone. After this, the market is making out the predictions about the looks of new M4.

The photographs of the expected looks are hovering all around the internet. Bimmerpost, an internet forum recently posted the rendered images of the upcoming 4 Series. It showcases the next-generation coupe and convertible in different colour schemes and wheel designs. At the rear, the vehicle looks tough and muscular.

The front designing shows adrenalized design which comprises earlier shown cosmic grille and blocky front fascia. The forum asked the public opinion about the images and received a huge response. The 14-page thread of the forum got multiple positive and negative comments; out of which some appear very logical and reasonable.

Before this, the artist Mike Maravilla also posted the rendered image of the Concept 4 look. Maravilla swapped the Edsel-like grille of the Concept 4 and changed it with the more mundane schnoz of the larger BMW 8 Series. And the reworked appeared as significantly better than the real thing.

On the mechanical bits, it seems to get the same 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged I6 engine as the upcoming M3. The standard model is expected to have a power churning capacity of 473 PS and the competition-spec will have 503 PS. 

Further, the answer to the question of rear-wheel drive and transmission options is not clear. Though, the market expects that BMW M4 Convertible gets the same base rear-wheel-drive model with a six-speed manual option as the M3 will. The convertible spec can get the all-wheel-drive and the automatic transmission, as it comes in small numbers.
