2020 GMC Acadia AT4 priced at $42,495

Among the all-new 2020 GMC Acadia range, the AT4 stands as a vehicle with a more rugged look and offroading capabilities The automaker has now revealed the pricing of Acadia AT4 trim. It is priced at $42,495 and stands between $41,995 SLT trim AWD and $49,495 Denali with four-wheel drive.

The all-new Acadia has a redesigned grille with a more rectangular shape and LED headlights as a standard feature. Integrated turn signals on the mirrors and power-folding functionality are added to few trims. A black chrome finish is used on the exterior for a dark shininess. The crossover is equipped with 17-inch wheels in all-terrain tires, and also an optional 20-inch design is available. Other provided amenities and redesigned features include an updated infotainment system with revised software, a head-up display, hands-free power liftgate, camera display in the rearview mirror, 15-watt wireless charging, and new buttons and triggers for controlling the gearbox. Some more space is also added to the centre console.

Acadia Cabin

On the mechanical bits, the crossover comes with a 3.6-litre V6 producing 310 hp of power and 367 Nm of torque which runs through a nine-speed automatic transmission with a dual-clutch AWD system. The variants SLT and Denali come standard with the newly available 2.0-litre four-cylinder with a twin-scroll turbocharger that makes 230 hp of power and 350 Nm of torque. The cylinder deactivation system is also been there that makes the powerplant run on two cylinders while cruising. A naturally aspirated 2.5-liter four-cylinder is the other part of the range which produces 193 hp of power and 255 Nm of torque.

Acadia Side and Back

The model will be available for sale from this fall and going to complete with SUVs that either come with AWD  as standard or can be equipped with the feature like the Honda Passport ($34,985), Subaru Ascent ($33,005), Kia Telluride ($34,785) and Toyota 4Runner ($38,495).
