2020 Chrysler Pacifica to get a price tag of $34,990

2020 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager may seem to be practically indistinguishable, but order guides expose the two minivans will highlight very different costs when they hit the sales later this year. Based on the reports, starting prices for Pacifica will be up to $6,510 more costly than the Voyager. The principal reason for the variation is that Pacifica is omitting its two most affordable variants, the L and LX. The fresh base trim will be the Touring with a price tag of $34,990, followed by the Touring L ($38,240), Touring L Plus ($41,040), and Limited ($45,940).

One of the main distinctions between Pacifica and Voyager will be the approach to technology. For instance, Voyager won't contribute specialities like auto emergency braking on any variant, while the least-expensive 2020 Pacifica will provide it with the optional Advanced Safetytec Group ($995).

Both of them offer a 3.6-litre V6 engine, which is capable of churning out a maximum power of 287 horsepower (214 kilowatts), with strength going to the front wheels via a nine-speed automatic and seven-passenger seating.

Voyager LX will switch out the seat in the second row for captain's chairs, and attach power adjustment to the driver's seat. In addition to that, it will also feature SiriusXM satellite radio and audio controls mounted on the steering wheel. One can also opt for a cold-weather package, which includes heated front seats and a heated steering wheel. The release date for new 2020 Chrysler Voyager has not been announced yet, but it can be expected to hit sales later in the year.
